Restaurant, Cocktail Bar and Function Room Disclaimer Notice

Please read the following before your reservation date:

RESTAURANT

  • Opening times are Monday to Thursday 11:30 to Midnight (food served 11:30 to 20:30* last booking). Friday and Saturday 11:30 to 1:00 (food served 11:30 to 21:15* last booking). Sunday 12:30 to Midnight (food served 12:30 to 20:00* last booking)
  • we do not split bills. Our bills are itemised
  • We operate a strict challenge 25 policy, therefore identification will be required if you wish to purchase alcohol. It is our staff’s prerogative to ask for ID if you look under 25years old.
  • We have ZERO tolerance to Drugs.
  • No alcohol will be sold at all to anyone under 18 years old.
  • Tables consuming alcohol that include children under 18 will be asked to settle their bill 30 minutes after the last course has been cleared and alcohol will not be sold again until the children have left the building.
  • Young children MUST be supervised at ALL times and not allowed to run/play throughout the Restaurant. This is for their own safety and to ensure the experience of other guests is not tarnished.
  • Tables of 15 persons or more MUST choose a Set Menu when booking a table. Our full A La Carte Menu is not available to parties above 15. Please ask for details.
  • A £5.00 per person deposit is strictly required on all bookings of 10 or more people. Bookings of 10 or more made without Deposits being paid or adequate confirmation given will not have a guaranteed reservation.
  • We allow all types of celebratory Cakes and Balloons.
  • We DO NOT allow Banners, Picture Boards, Confetti or Party Poppers.
  • Time limits for tables are regular in The Mint (especially at weekends, Bank holidays, Easter and Christmas Holidays etc) please ask when booking, how long you have the table for.

FUNCTION ROOM

  • All Function Suite bookings MUST pay minimum £100.00 deposit upon booking.
  • Function Room costs £75.00 to Hire at all times…12:00 to 17:00 ( Bar last orders 16:30) during the day or  19:30 to 1:00 (Bar last orders 00:30) at night.
  • all balances for function MUST be paid 2 weeks before the event
  • We do not allow outside catering.
  • Buffet and Sit down Meals available. Please ask for details.
  • A DJ can be provided for £150.00, although we do allow guests to source their own Entertainment/Equipment.
  • We happily host most celebratory occasions and Funerals.
  • We do not host Birthday parties for 18th’s and below.
  • 40 person minimum/ 80 person maximum for our Function Room.
  • 21st Birthday Parties are required to hire licensed bouncers. Please ask for details.
  • We are licensed so that children of all ages can attend the duration of all Functions though we do ask they are supervised at all times and NOT allowed to play outside The Mint or on the stairs up to the Function Room.
  • We have ZERO tolerance to Drugs.
